I'm here to talk about Adam Kokesh and his now cancelled march on Washington.
When he first launched this page for about 1 hour I really thought finally someone is doing something. But as I thought about it an hour later I changed my mind. Having an armed march on Washington is just crazy.
One: inviting people to arm themselves in a large group is crazy, who knows what would happen.
Two: We all know how the Government can plan false flags and fool Americans, what made them think the Government wouldn't pull something.
Three: It is against the law to be in Washington with a Gun. It makes sense, no fly zone, no gun zone, we have to much to risk to allow flying over the white house, or the pentagon.
Four: We need our armed Americans out of jail and able to bare arms and if they were to march, arrest was sure to follow, with a felony with it. Therefore enabling them to take your gun rights away.
However, now that the march is not on, the tread on facebook still remains, and the trashing, bashing, and sexual innuendos continue.
This nation has Shirley been split down the middle. Just as the Bible warns.
Many people over on the tread believe or argue that there is nothing happening. That our government is on the up and up and will take care of us. Even after scandal after scandal they still love Obama and stick up for every Democrat.
What they fail to realize is that there are bad Democrats just as there are bad Republicans in our Government.
It is our duty to watch them. I recommend CSpan occasionally to watch our congressmen and senators, get to know them, their names and what they stand for. See who shows up to vote, and who goes home early and or don't bother to show up on important issues. This is the best way to get America back to America. If we can survive this Obamination we have in our white house, we must do something next election.

A retired four-star admiral is now claiming that Barack Obama intentionally conspired with America’s enemies to stage a bogus attack and the kidnapping of an American ambassador so he could “negotiate” the release of a “hostage” and bolster his mediocre approval ratings just prior to the election!
The Washington Examiner, quoting retired Four-Star Admiral James Lyons, writes: “the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi… was the result of a bungled abduction attempt…. the first stage of an international prisoner exchange… that would have ensured the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the ‘Blind Sheik’…”
But something went horribly wrong with Obama’s “October Surprise.” Although the Obama Administration intentionally gutted security at the consulate prior to the staged kidnapping, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty disobeyed direct orders to stand down, saved American lives, single-handedly killed scores of attackers…and the attackers, believing that Obama had betrayed them, tortured Ambassador Chris Stevens and dragged his body through the streets.
Some will say that Admiral Lyons’ accusation is not a smoking gun. We agree; that’s exactly why Congress must investigate Benghazi-gate.
Moreover, we firmly believe the problem with Admiral Lyons’ assertion is that he is only scratching the surface; the full and complete truth may be much, much worse.
Benghazi-gate is not about a bogus YouTube video series of lies. It’s not about the Obama Administration’s foreign policy ineptitude. We are dealing with something much more sinister… something potentially treasonous… and the following questions, posed in an article in The New American, go to the heart of the matter:
1. ”What was the Obama administration’s full role in helping violent Jihadists, self-styled al Qaeda terrorists, and Western-backed “revolutionaries” take over Libya in the first place?
2. Did that half-baked scheme to arm Jihadist leaders, who… had previously fought U.S. troops in Iraq, contribute to the attack, as countless experts and officials have suggested?
3. What was actually going on at the compound in Benghazi, which, as the report states, was never a “consulate” despite establishment media claims?
4. Was Ambassador Stevens recruiting and arming Jihadists and terrorists to wage war on the Syrian regime after what Obama called the “success” in Libya, as a growing body of credible evidence suggests?
5. Why did the administration claim for so long that the attack was just a “protest” over a YouTube video gone awry, even when it knew definitively that was not the case?
6. Was the lack of security at the compound a political ploy to conceal the extent of the lawlessness and utter chaos left in the wake of Obama’s unconstitutional “regime change” war on Libya, as even members of Congress have alleged?”
It’s clear. Benghazi-Gate is only a small piece of a much larger operation, an attempt to conceal what The New American calls “the Obama administration’s full role in helping violent Jihadists and self-styled al Qaeda terrorists.”
Footage showing the brutal execution of three people has gone viral on social media. The video, sent to Syria Report, shows a number of men, some of them armed, holding a man down, with his hands bound.
Two militants proceed to take turns in beheading the man. One of the men has a handheld transceiver clipped to his waist, while another carries handcuffs.
After the man is decapitated, the victim’s head is held up to the apparent cheers to the captors.
After the mans headless body is dumped into what looks like a pre-dug pit, two women are seen being marched toward the place where the man was beheaded. After some fumbling with the assault rifle, perhaps arguing over who should carry out the execution, the two women are repeatedly shot. There bodies, like the beheaded man, are dumped into the pit.
The logo superimposed over the video, is reportedly that of the Ba’ath Party brigades (media department), a pro-government militia from locals of the Ba’ath party, who work alongside the National Defense Forces in the Aleppo countryside and city.
The towns of Nubol and Zahra, close to where the executions took place, have been besieged by extremists groups for some time.
Al-Qaeda’s Jabhat al-Nusra and Free Syrian Army militants have besieged towns and villages in this region of Aleppo countryside, and the video’s publication follows a likely seizure of the footage consistent with Syrian army successes in the area.
It has been suggested that the two ginger-haired men in the video could be from the North Caucasus. Extremists from Chechnya and other areas have flocked to Syria since the start of the crisis.
A nasheed called “We are lions in war, unafraid”, popular with extremists, can be heard in the background and is consistent with many videos published by Al-Qaeda affiliates in Iraq.
According to the original video, the three civilians were executed for “heresy”.

(CNN) -- James Gandolfini, best known for his role as an anxiety-ridden mob boss on HBO's "The Sopranos," died in Italy, possibly of a heart attack, an HBO spokeswoman and the actor's managers said Wednesday. He was 51.
Gandolfini was on holiday in Rome, said Mara Mikialian, HBO's vice president for program publicity.
The actor was expected to make an appearance at the Taormina Film Fest in Sicily this week, according to the festival.
Notoriously press shy, Gandolfini found fame late in his career with the television role of Tony Soprano.
He won three Emmy Awards for his portrayal of the angst-ridden mob boss who visited a therapist and took Prozac while knocking off people in "The Sopranos," which aired from 1999 to 2007.

According to official (underplayed) version, the death toll is 73; and that 200,000+ displaced people now reside in refugee camps, after their homes were burnt down in the violence.
But according to my reliable sources (on the ground), the unofficial death toll and refugee count is much larger.
Mr. President, you allow Muslims in our country and even in the White house. There are Muslim camps in America and you record, and track Americans.
There is something wrong with this picture. This is what Muslims want to do.
America will not survive Obama's term if we keep allowing them to infiltrate us, change the way we teach about terrorism. Our Military leaders are not even allowed to discuss the possibility with their troops that Muslims are responsible because the Islamic community may find it offensive.
When we watch videos like these, it is a little hard to understand how we can allow the camps, the migration of them and to allow them in our White House. It is insane!

This article is being written as a hypothesis of the ponerogenic
feedback loop that has Adam Kokesh and his followers on one end, and the
N.W.O. at the other.
This all started with the proposed armed march on D.C. this Independence Day,
and has been growing as a mass mental illness of many splinter groups and individuals.
The definition of Ponerology is "a branch of theology dealing with the doctrine of evil".
I find the use of the word theology to be a stretch, however the concept
of a moral compass in regards to what the majority of us understand
about our individual concepts of feelings of empathy, having a
conscience, being capable of remorse and guilt, in an abstract way that
can easily be understood seems to encourage the label "theology" in a
dictionary definition.
This in itself seems to be a small example of the problems in dealing with a pathocracy more commonly known as the N.W.O.
Definition: pathocracy (n). A system of government created by a small pathological minority that takes control over a society of normal people.
Anti Social Personality Disorder(ASPD) as a biological disorder is
commonly referred to as Psychopathy, ASPD as a learned behavior is
commonly known as Sociopathy. Aprox. one in ten males are born
biologically with ASPD, and aprox. one percent of all women, most
countries have a population of aprox. 6% born with ASPD.
Their levels of ambition, success potential, and mental capabilities are greatly varied.
But the alphas of higher intelligence that are either born like this, or
learn this behavior have an uncanny ability to sense each other and
work together for their common evil, as opposed to We The People coming
together for the common good of defending our Republic, and our original
Constitution.
Statistically speaking then, if the reader is to accept these
verifiable statistics it's easy to come to the conclusion that just by
random chance about 10% of our government though being born with the
condition, and/or learned ASPD behavior does not have our best interests
at heart, because they are the psychologically heartless.
Now add money into the mix, we know it takes money to run for office.
So if even 10% of large corporations were run by people engaging in
ASPD behavior donated to the 10% in our government, or chosen by that
10% in our government to become elected, then you over time would
naturally see the percentage in our government engaging in the ASPD
behavior go up especially if the same funding sources advertised/owned
the main stream media outlets.
Over time the whole system becomes ponerized, and the percentage of
people engaging in ASPD behavior calling the shots goes a lot higher
than a statistically random 10% of our government. The feedback loop
comes from the reaction of our people, and some of those seeking to lead
our people with answers to dismantle this macrosocial pathological
phenomenon that has infected almost every aspect of our lives from
national security, food supply, economy, military, healthcare, Natural
Rights, civil liberties, and the very thoughts of people, many of whom
know there is something wrong and could swear they are not being
controlled and yet they are!
He who angers you controls you. The NWO angers all of those not on
the payroll that either seek to participate or support ideologically an
armed march/protest on D.C. or anywhere for that matter, regardless of
if it would be led by Adam Kokesh, or a splinter separate premise, or a
copycat(s). I have documentation about plans to deal with civil unrest,
this is planned for, people are being encouraged to do this by people
that are mentally ill pulling the strings. The only thing going to
protests armed will do is bring on the pain for people in whatever state
a problem happens in likely via Martial Law, it just happened in
Boston.
Maybe Boston was a test run for the next plan for Martial law on America soil?
Maybe all this stirring up of anger is controlling many good people
buying into those born with ASPD or learned the behavior who claim to be
on the side of We The People? Many originally good and mentally stable
people get sucked in by the N.W.O. just as many get sucked into showing
up to or supporting ideologically the premise of an armed protest.
It's a psychological certainty statistically that good people get sucked
into these marcrosocial pathological phenomena, and they then carry out
the will of the pathocrats and their ASPD behavior driven goals which
as an effect boosts the leaned behavior effect at least in regards to
it's effects of carrying out the behaviors of ASPD however a conscience
of sorts would likely be somewhat intact or dormant in many of these
brainwashed individuals.
The N.W.O. is a developed pathocracy that came to be via the
ponerogenic process, they are highly likely from the standpoint of this
Ponerology expert to generate a ponerogenesis in opposition to their
pathocracy knowing the level of exposure their pathocracy has, the small
battles We The People win all the time, our growing numbers, and
although this is for the most part psychologically not diagnosed the
people are aware and understandably furious! This secondary ponerogenic
process is created to act as an antagonistic ignition for the
pathocracy to carry out the plans in the data that will be released
soon. Here's one nugget of wisdom for those seeking combat "The best
made plans are of little value if the men carrying them out are not
capable and well-trained." That quote is straight from a Gov training
manual. This ruse is the way for the pathocracy to coerce compliance
from otherwise "normal" or usually mentally healthy individuals comply
with their vision of a tiny elite ruling over a slave class predicted by
Aldous Huxley who used the term "scientific dictatorship", and
similarly described by George Orwell. This ASPD behavior is not only
quite contagious via the use of neruo linguistic programming, but as a
biological and also learned behavior is to a significant degree
hereditary.
We are all subject to the problem of dealing with a pathocracy built
from generations of ASPD behavior that has an unrelenting goal of this
tiny ruling elite, and We The People as a slave class regardless of
individual belief that this is the case or individual action taken.
People on both the N.W.O. side and the We The People side need to start
being made aware of the macrosocial pathological phenomemna they are
feeding into and fast.
This ponerogenic feedback loop between the N.W.O. and the anger of We
The People will not end well for We The People if things come to a head
at an armed protest, should this force a larger scale conflict our
people will be massively unorganized, not in solidarity, and we will
have a poor percentage of overall survival.
If the people rabble rousing about conflict were thinking straight, they
would be developing relationships and being a little more covert in
their methods while also seeking a much larger percentage of solidarity,
and warning others to stock up on supplies, while not allowing the
timing to be so easily provoked prematurely.
This is just one man's educated opinion based on knowledge of the ponerogenic process, take it for what it's worth.
I encourage people to do their own due diligence on those who seek to
lead them and seriously assess the individual and the validity
tactically and logistically of their proposals when it comes to these
heated matters of tension dealing with this pathocracy we know as N.W.O.
and the ponerogenic feedback loop that has the potential to destroy
America if it is not dealt with via diagnosis, and exposure in a
clinical context.
It is only when diagnosed, or at least in this case publicly spread as a respected hypothesis,
that many will begin to feel shock and disintegration at the
realization of being an accomplice to a macrosocial pathological
phenomena feedback loop, and contributing to the plot to end America.
According to ponerological data collected once minds have time to
process this information and the ego begins to regress as the
conscience, and individual thought process once again takes control,
many of them will no longer feed into this ponerogenic process feedback
loop that will(if left unchecked/untreated) enable the full force of the
pathocracy to be unleashed on a people who would by the large have no
idea what's coming,
WASHINGTON – The U.S. State Department’s ability to investigate wrongdoing by its staff is under question after a report that the agency tried to cover up several crimes committed has surfaced.
Some of the allegations are against then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s security detail who allegedly hired prostitutes, a U.S. ambassador accused of trolling public parks for paid sex and a security official in Beirut committing sexual assaults on foreign nationals.
An internal memo from the State Department’s inspector general listed eight examples of wrongdoing by agency staff or contractors.
The memo also seems to indicate that the government agency tried to use its authority to stop the investigation and instead, opting to have the official, whose name has not been released, meet with Undersecretary of State for Management Patrick Kennedy in Washington. The official was then allowed to return to his job overseas.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters during Monday’s daily briefing that the department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security has requested a “review by outside, experience law enforcement officers” who are working with the IG’s office to make “expert assessments about our current procedures.”
Rep. Ed Royce, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, called the allegations of misconduct appalling and said he would ask congressional staff members to start an investigation into all of the accusations.
According to the memo first obtained by CBS News, four members of Clinton’s security detail received one-day suspensions.
Appearing on Fox's Studio B this afternoon, senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano gave a frank assessment of NSA leaker Edward Snowden as "an American hero" who went great lengths to expose "extraordinary violations" of fundamental American values within the government. "I describe this man has an American hero," the judge told host Shepard Smith, "willing to risk life and liberty in order to expose to the American people one of the most extraordinary violations of the American principles, value judgments and the Constitution itself in all of our history."
Napolitano continued: "[Snowden] is aware of the personal danger to himself. He knows of the likelihood of prosecution. But he also understands that the government listening to half the country is not what was bargained for when statutes were enacted in the days and weeks after 9/11."
Asked by Smith what he thinks of the lawmakers and judges involved in signing off on the NSA's data collection, Napolitano bluntly said: "They're unworthy of their jobs as guardians of the American constitution." He added:
"Anybody who thinks it is consistent with the Constitution for spies in the United States of America, working for the federal government, to spy on more than half the country, does not understand the Constitution, does not accept our values, does not understand our history and ought not be in office."
"We raise Hell like we are raising now," he concluded when asked what American civilians can do to change the situaiton.
Man has been fascinated with the universe since the early days, when there were no telescopes or rockets, and certainly no NASA and its rovers. One of the agency’s rovers on Mars, Opportunity, has found traces of ‘drinkable’ water on the Red Planet. This is the first time that evidence of such neutral or non-acidic chemistry water has been found on the planet. The discovery was made after a Martian rock which has clays formed in non-acidic water was analyzed by Opportunity.
Opportunity’s lead scientist Steve Squyres of Cornell University (the lead scientist for the Mars robotic missions) said that the exciting thing about this discovery is that it hints at the existence of neutral water in the very, very early days of Mars, adding that “this is water you can drink”. By saying that he is simple referring to the fact that if there was more of this water on mars, it would not be non-toxic to humans, hence the use of “drinkable”.
AMMAN- US troops equipped with Patriot missiles and fighter jets began military exercises in Jordan that have drawn condemnation from Russia, which accuses the West of fanning the conflict in neighboring Syria.
Washington confirmed last week it was sending the F-16 jets and missiles – which can be used against planes and other missiles – to its ally Jordan, and said it may consider keeping them there after the drills.
Both Washington and Amman said on Sunday the Eager Lion exercises were not related to the war in Syria, where President Bashar Assad’s air power has given him an edge over lighter-armed rebels.
But the Damascus government, and its most powerful ally Moscow, have been sensitive about any transfer of Western arms closer to the conflict, particularly any gear that could be used to enforce a no-fly zone.
More than 4,500 American troops, around 3,000 Jordanians, and 500 soldiers from Britain, Saudi Arabia and other countries were taking part in the exercises, less than 75 miles (120 km) from the Syrian border, said military officials.
“The drills having nothing to do with any objective related to what is happening in Syria,” the top army commander in charge of Jordanian troops, Major General Awni al-Adwan, told reporters during the launch of the exercises on Sunday.
US Major General Robert G. Catalanotti told a joint news conference the Eager Lion events would increase “our ability to operate together in any upcoming contingency”.
The exercises also involved a number of F-18 jets from bases in the Gulf and drills on handling chemical strikes, which Syria’s government and rebels have accused each other of carrying out.
Mossad chief Tamir Pardo, Shin Bet head Yoram Cohen and Defense Ministry director general Udi Shani have told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the Foreign Ministry diplomats’ strike was harming national security.
According to a senior official, at a meeting on Thursday the three top security officials gave Netanyahu, who is also serving as foreign minister, and Deputy Foreign Minister Ze’ev Elkin, examples of the harm they said the strike had done in a few cases in recent weeks.
The meeting took place at the end of another security discussion at the Prime Minister’s Office. The senior official who participated in the meeting said the security chiefs urged Netanyahu to intervene and find a solution that will end the workers’ strike.
Over the past few days ties have become significantly more strained between Foreign Ministry diplomats and the security establishment. The Foreign Ministry’s workers committee has instructed Israeli diplomats to cease cooperating with the IDF and the Shin Bet, after members of those two bodies crossed the picket lines to help arrange Netanyahu’s visit to Poland. After hearing the officials, Netanyahu ordered that legal means be examined for ending the strike. The senior officials said one possibility being studied was to ask the National Labor Court to issue back-to-work orders.
The Foreign Ministry’s workers’ committee said that if the security establishment is claiming harm to national security, then it was even more surprising that Netanyahu had not bothered to open a dialogue with the Foreign Ministry staffers to resolve the crisis.
Although the diplomats have ratcheted up their sanctions in recent weeks, no talks are currently underway to end the dispute.
A no-confidence motion is to be presented today in the Knesset by MK Isaac Herzog (Labor ) over the strike. On Tuesday morning, Foreign Ministry workers are planning a protest march to the Knesset gates. Shortly after the protest, a special discussion is scheduled of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on the matter of harm to the Foreign Ministry’s status. The diplomats began their sanctions in March, protesting erosion in their wages and what they say is the “dismantling of the Foreign Ministry.” They are protesting that no appointment has been made of a foreign minister and that the ministry’s powers have been relegated to several other ministers.
Edward Snowden told the Guardian, “because I can’t in good conscience allow the U.S. government to destroy privacy, Internet freedom and basic liberties for people around the world with this massive surveillance machine they’re secretly building.”

Shannon Rogers Guess Richardson was arrested Friday in connection with the mailing of ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg,NBC reports.
This woman has denied she did this. She reported her husband and it is twisted around to her doing it? Really a pregnant woman is going to handle Ricin? She said she found Ricin in her refrigerator.
Now I ask, if you were pregnant and found Ricin in your refrigerator, what would you do? Now the Obama administration wants to blame HER?
Shannon Rogers Guess Richardson of New Boston, Texas, originally called the Federal Bureau of Investigation claiming that her husband had sent the letters, officials said. The investigators found that she had sent the letters herself, they said.
According to E! Online, Guess Richardson is an actress who has had small parts in both "The Walking Dead" and "Vampire Diaries," and her husband is an army veteran. Guess Richardson denied that she had sent the letters in a statement to E! News:
"I really can't say much at all but the accusation couldn't be further from the truth. I would not put my unborn child or other children in danger just to 'frame' someone. He simply needed someone to blame for what he has done and I was the obvious person for him to blame. Most of what is being reported in this case is absolutely inaccurate. That's all I can say. Thank you for asking for my side of this instead of running with the inaccuracies many others are publishing."
The CNN headlineread as follows: "Hero or Traitor? Bradley Manning's Trial to Start Monday." NBC went with "Contrasting Portraits of Bradley Manning as Court-Martial Opens." Time magazine's Denver Nicks took this original approach in their "think" piece on Manning, "Bradley Manning and our Real Secrecy Problem":
Dr. Tim Johnson of the Telegraph took a similar approach, only he was even less generous than Nicks, calling Manning the "weirdo [who] tried to bring down the government," a man who was "guilty as hell" and "deserves to do time."
"Private Manning was a self-absorbed geek who should never have enjoyed the level of access that he did," Johnson wrote. He went on to argue that Manning's obvious personalityensitive duty, and the fact that he was even hired in the first place is the real scandal of this trial: His personality breakdown was there for all to see defects should have disqualified him for s– criticising US policy on Facebook, telling friends, "Bradley Manning is not a piece of equipment", and even entertaining "a very internal private struggle with his gender". He told hacker Adrian Lamo that he "listened and lip-synced to Lady Gaga's Telephone while exfiltrating possibly the largest data spillage in American history." You go, girl.

If I was working for the Pentagon's PR department as a hired press Svengali, with my salary eating up some of the nearly five billion dollars the armed services spends annually on advertising and public relations, I would be telling my team to pump reporters over and over again with the same angle.
I would beat it into the head of every hack on this beat that the court-martial is about a troubled young man with gender identity problems, that the key issue of law here rests inside the mind of young PFC Manning, that the only important issue of fact for both a jury and the American people to decide is exactly the question in these headlines.

Did he give thousands of files to Wikileaks out of a sense of justice and moral horror, or did he do it because he had interpersonal problems, because he couldn't keep his job, because he was a woman trapped in a man's body, because he was a fame-seeker, because he was lonely?
You get the press and the rest of America following that bouncing ball, and the game's over. Almost no matter what the outcome of the trial is, if you can convince the American people that this case is about mental state of a single troubled kid from Crescent, Oklahoma, then the propaganda war has been won already.
Because in reality, this case does not have anything to do with who Bradley Manning is, or even, really, what his motives were. This case is entirely about the "classified" materials Manning had access to, and whether or not they contained widespread evidence of war crimes.
This whole thing, this trial, it all comes down to one simple equation. If you can be punished for making public a crime, then the government doing the punishing is itself criminal.
Manning, by whatever means, stumbled into a massive archive of evidence of state-sponsored murder and torture, and for whatever reason, he released it. The debate we should be having is over whether as a people we approve of the acts he uncovered that were being done in our names.
Slate was one of the few outlets to approach the Manning trial in a way that made sense. Their story took the opportunity of the court-martial to remind all of us of the list of horrors Manning discovered, including (just to name a very few):

Leaked records from the Afghan War separately revealed coalition troops' alleged role in killing at least 195 civilians in unreported incidents, one reportedly involving U.S. service members machine-gunning a bus, wounding or killing 15 passengers…
In Baghdad in 2007, a U.S. Army helicopter gunned down a group of civilians, including two Reuters news staff…
Except that there had been no battle, none of the people on the street were armed, it was an attack from space for all these people knew – and oh, by the way, we were in their country, thanks to a war that history has revealed to have been a grotesque policy error.
It's their fault for bringing their kids into a battle. It's lines like this, truly horrific stuff that's evidence of a kind of sociopathic breakdown of our society, that this trial should be about. Not Manning's personal life.
Unfortunately, the American people would rather make it about Manning, because they know they were complicit in those and other murders, because they loudly brayed for war in Iraq for years, no matter how often and how loudly it was explained to them that Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden were not the same person.
Hacks like Johnson reassure the public that they have the right to have the results of their own moral decisions kept well hidden from them. His kind of propaganda soothes people into believing that Manning was just a freak and a weirdo, a one-off kink in the machinery, who hopefully will be thrown in the hole forever or at least for a very long time, so that we don't have to hear about any of this awful stuff again. At the very least, according to Johnson, we shouldn't have to listen to anyone call Manning a hero:

After years of denial from government, military, and environmental agencies, the reality of the controversial issue regarding the covert programs known as Chemtrails has been acknowledged.
On October 2, 2001 Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio introduced H. R. 2977 during the 1st Session of the 107th Congress of the United States. The "Space Preservation Act of 2001" seeks to "preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benfit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons."
In the bill Chemtrails are listed as an "exotic weapons system". Ironically in Section 7 - Definitions. The complete text of the bill may be found at Clifford Carnicom's website, "Chemtrail Crimes and Coverup Documented".
The bill also addresses such things as particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, and mind-control as weapons. All of these areas have been researched and pondered by those investigating chemtrails and working to gain accountability for those programs.
They can't have it both ways. Water vapor is not a weapon.
This is a call to all those of conscience. This is a time when action is needed. It is time. The lies have gone on long enough. We can tell the Air Force and the Navy and the other agencies involved in this criminal activity, "No, You may NOT own the Weather ...Period!" We may not have another chance.

The 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' deals mainly with space as defined by ALTITUDE. Granted, we don't receive reports of chemtrails or contrails in space.
The bill states "SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS. In this Act:
(1) The term 'space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space."
However, in Section 7, 2 (C) it states.
"The term 'exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or NATURAL ECOSYSTEMS (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or CLIMATE, WEATHER, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space." (emphasis added.)
This would definately include the altitude at which chemtrails are found.
In addition, in Section 7 - Definitions, it is stated in (2)(A) "The terms 'weapon' and 'weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following: (ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person."
Here, of course, the word "vicinity" would need further definition. But chemtrails fit the bill (pun intended) as a weapons program that is threatening the biological life, bodily health, mental health, and the physical and economic well-being of millions of people.
HR 2977 has a lot to be desired as a bill in relation to chemtrails. This in no way negates the fact that chemtrails have been named as an exotic weapon in a congressional document.
For battle weary chemtrail researchers and activists, this is very important. Whether Rep. Kucinich intended it or not, he has handed us the can opener to the biggest can of worms he has probably ever seen. We intend, with our flags in hand, and as loud a voice as can be collectively gathered, to open the can. -LK

I would like if I may to add a few comments to Lori Kramer's excellent post. Everyone interested in this issue needs to read this bill and print it out if they can. It's important first of all to understand exactly what is in it, and this is not difficult. Next I would implore every person who has experienced ongoing frustration and/or outright physical suffering from these secret programs to pick up the telephone and call your representative as soon as possible. *DO IT*. There has never been an opportunity like this one before. Each representative of course has a copy of this bill and is obliged to know what is in it. We finally have the naked word itself- "CHEMTRAILS"- on a document being read by our elected officials. Please do not let this chance go by. For the first time you can speak to your representatives with the power of a government document in your own hand. Using this one simple and suddenly "legal" word, you can politely and intelligently explain your concerns and they will be obliged for a change to listen.
I would also like to offer some technical advice to all concerned citizens as to the best way to be effective. Calling your representative and becoming upset about a plot to kill people, for instance, would be the worst possible tactic to take. I just got off the telephone with an aide in my representative's office. You too can expect to speak to an aide rather than your representative, and please take that person very seriously. How this person receives your communication will determine exactly how and if it will be passed on to your representative. The way you present your case will determine whether you are written off as just another crank or listened to seriously as a reasonable human being with a leg mate complaint. Think out ahead of time about what you are going to say. Be very matter of fact and concise. And above all, remain calm. Do not lose your temper, insult anyone, or offer any unproven theories as to the ultimate purpose of chemtrails. These would all be seriously counterproductive actions. What matters here is legitimizing the years of private efforts of a relatively small number of people who have worked so hard on behalf of every citizen of this country. Therefore, if you care about the issue itself, please refrain from making things worse for our cause by indulging in emotional reactions and exotic theorizing, however personally satisfying such behavior might be to you in the short run. Please believe it: how we naturally feel about chemtrails is no guide to the best way to speak intelligently and therefore effectively to government representatives about our concerns.
It would be of enormous value if everyone in this country who cares about this issue would also seize the day and write reasonable letters to as many elected officials as possible, using this bill as a foundation and a talking point. It's not hard to write a short letter asking that the existence of chemtrails once and for all *be admitted*. Because this is the first step in the long process of disclosure. It is certainly rational to point out that we are funding this project, and the continuing denial of its existence in the face of blatant reality is entirely UNACCEPTABLE.
This is a great opportunity for all of us to unite at the same time, around the same event, and therefore finally to make our concerns heard. I pray that we have the collective sense to use this golden opportunity, and to use it wisely.
Last American Agenda reported Amber Lyons report of how CNN accepts news propaganda from terrorist countries and the deeper you get the more you find, reporters talking to each other from the same parking lot via satellite. Last October, at George Washington University, there was a meeting between DOJ officials, including Perez, and Islamist advocates against free speech. Representatives from the Islamist side included Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). And what was the response from Perez and the DOJ officials? Nothing.

A college instructor who worked as senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.

“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”
Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”
At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.
“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”
To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.

I have got to be honest. If I saw this commercial without knowing that racial comments were made, my first thought would have been, what a cute commercial.
I will say being born in the 60's, I can remember when it would have stirred up some controversy. I remember as a child hearing comments when I saw an inter-racial couple. I remember staring because I grew up in a white neighborhood and as a kid never saw couples mingle. I don't remember having a negative thought just curious as a child.
Now however, to go to a mall and to go to the store Bi-racial couples are there everyday. This is not and should not even be a thought in anyone's head anymore.
I can't even understand why anyone would even have a problem with this. We are talking about a family here. Not black not white but a family, with a child, and a very cute child that loves her daddy.
I had to write this because I can't wrap my head around this when it is there everyday. I don't care where you live in America don't tell me you don't see it everywhere you go.
Stop Hating a well rounded family is the best thing going, keep that in mind.

(WND) -- Audible gasps, shock, outrage and support for a congressional investigation were the responses by law-enforcement officers, elected officials and attorneys to a presentation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of evidence that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent.
Arpaio’s lead investigator, Mike Zullo, made a public presentation Saturday at the annual convention of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association in St. Charles, Mo., then held a closed-door session for police officers, elected officials and others.
“Sheriff Arpaio wants this in Congress. That’s where we intend to take it,” Zullo said in an interview with Carl Gallups of PPSimmons Radio.
Zullo said he was amazed by the number of law-enforcement personnel and others at the conference who were not aware of the evidence that Obama’s birth documentation is fake.
He told Gallups the overwhelming response was “absolute shock,” noting “audible gasps” could often be heard during his presentation.
Zullo said one official came up to him afterwards and said: “I have been purposely ignoring this matter – until now. I will ignore it no longer.”
Several constitutional officers, public officials, attorneys, elected officials and others are now pledging full and personal support for moving the issue to a congressional investigation, Zullo said.
He said the virtual media blackout had kept many of the officials in in attendance uninformed and they are now outraged that they have seen the evidence that they should have seen from the beginning.”
Zullo said the media is being “side-stepped.”
“We are making inroads and contacts that we have never made before,” he said. “This conference is really going to pay off in moving things forward. Very important people are now beginning to see the amassed criminal evidence of perhaps the biggest fraud in American history. They are moved – they are shocked – and they are ready for action. Plans of action are now being laid at this very conference. This meeting could prove to be monumental.”
Obama’s birth certificate became an issue before the 2008 campaign — raised first by Hillary Clinton’s campaign — because of allegations he might not qualify for the presidency as a “natural born citizen.”
Though the Constitution provides no definition, many scholars believe the drafters of the Constitution understood it to mean someone who was born of citizen parents. Obama’s father never was a U.S. citizen, and some critics suspect Obama was not born in the U.S.
Arpaio launched his Cold Case Posse investigation after Maricopa County constituents expressed concern about placing an ineligible candidate on the 2012 presidential ballot.
Zullo recently met with members of Congress concerning the evidence his team has gathered.
After examining the evidence, he said, “They’re looking … and saying, ‘My God, a fifth-grader can see through this.’”
Evidence from Arpaio’s investigation was entered in a legal case pending before the Alabama Supreme Court. It was brought by attorney Larry Klayman on behalf of 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish, who are seeking to force Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.
The case, dismissed at a lower level, is now before the Alabama Supreme Court, where strict constitutionalist Roy Moore was elected chief justice in November. The case becomes all the more intriguing because Moore is on record previously questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.
The affidavit in the Alabama case, written by Zullo,says his team “concluded that there was probable cause that forgery and fraud had been committed in respect of two documents: 1) the long-form or original birth certificate computer image presented by Mr. Obama, which contained multiple errors and anomalies, many of them serious and: 2) the selective-service document for Mr. Obama, which contained a two-digit year-stamp.”
“This was contrary to specifications issued by federal regulations to the effect that the year of issue should be expressed as four digits on the stamp, and also contrary to any other selective-service registration document that we had been able to examine,” Zullo wrote.
The evidence, he said, should be put before Congress.
Zullo said Arpaio “continues to recommend that the Congress of the United States open an immediate investigation, including the appointment of a select committee, as regards to the authenticity of Mr. Obama’s documentation, whether any crimes have been committed, and to determine Mr. Obama’s eligibility for the office of president of the United States.”
